About Us
Anna Harrington is the Founder, Managing Director and Clinical Lead for WHIB Ltd. I have been advising organisations and employees for 20+ years on the health and wellbeing of employees. I work with a number of carefully selected and highly experienced clinical associates. I am a Nursing and Midwifery Council registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (occupational health) and Registered Nurse. I also have done additional training in Sleep health (American College of Lifestyle Medicine), Foundations of positive psychology, Foundations Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation. Additionally, I am a member of the Society of Occupational Medicine, a taskforce group member - Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and multidisciplinary group member for Long Covid.
WHIB occupational health assessments combine medical evidence with assessing the employee functional capacity, work demands, positive psychology and lifestyle assessment to explore work meaning, fulfilment, motivation, limitations from ill health, treatments, lifestyle attitudes and beliefs.
WHIB occupational health assessments are 1 hour with the report writing not included in this hour. This allows for a thorough assessment, giving the employee plenty of time to explain.
WHIB approach with the organisation is supportive and collaborative. This is through pre-referral and post report conversations.
Reports are focused and clear. Advice in the report is based on medical evidence unless otherwise stated. This allows you to trust that the content and decisions made on the back of it to be defendable.
WHIB are based in the South Midlands, within reach of Daventry, Northampton, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington. We are not limited to these areas as we can do remote services covering the UK.
Whatever your sector do feel able to give me a call to discuss your needs.
